Community Volunteerism
Co-Founded Beach Cities Swimming - In 2011, Co-founded a competitive Youth Swim Team, Master Swimming Program & Community Swim lesson program employing over 20 instructors, provided life guarding services to Redondo Union High School swimming pool. Established the "open public swim" program at the Redondo Union High School. Personally wrote the non-profit 501C documents and incorporation papers for Beach Cities Swimming. Personally handled all payroll for instructors, coaches and lifeguards for the initial 24 months of the non-profits existence all on a volunteer basis. The Swim Team started with one member and now has over 400 members. Was an active board member for three years.
